Silvia Tomic — editorial portrait

My name is Silvia Tomic.

For more than 16 years, I have worked with individuals, teams, and organizations through development, decision-making, and change processes.

Over the years, I noticed how often people try to change their behavior, relationships, careers, or daily habits without truly understanding what is actually blocking them, what they are trying to solve, and what they genuinely need.

That is why today my work is based on a process that combines the right questions, understanding behavioral patterns, reflection, and sustainable changes that make sense in real life.

My approach has also been shaped through doctoral research focused on problem-solving and organizational behavior, as well as through ICF coaching practice and years of working with people in different personal and professional contexts.

I do not believe in quick fixes, motivational formulas, or universal advice.

I believe real change begins when we develop greater clarity about what is truly happening, what maintains a certain pattern, and what we want to build instead of automatic reactions and constant survival mode.

Through individual work, content, and education, I help people better understand themselves, make more thoughtful decisions, break repetitive patterns, and create changes they can sustain long term.
